  The service and food are so great!! Cheese toastie with the works is my fave ! Sometimes I can't help but stop there and buy something whenever I pass by on my way home. Even if I'm just buying fries or a milkshake, I have to buy something. Vilan, Honey and everyone there are very friendly and always provide good service! Burger Shack never disappoints !

Calls sometimes go to voicemail, but given that it’s just two people running the truck, it’s understandable. My advice? If you don’t get through the first time, give it about five minutes and try calling again. Another note is their schedule, which can be a bit inconsistent compared to their West Bay location. It’s worth double-checking before heading out to avoid disappointment. Despite these minor inconveniences, the quality of food and friendly service make the trip worth it.   Place does not look like much when you drive by and it may even look abandoned but i will tell you that it is very much open and the seasoning on the burgers is spectacular. There is no real comfortable seating area so i recommend you take it to go. I also recommend stopping by the juice store next to this burger place, very delicious natural juice
