6 months ago★★★★☆I’ve been twice on my Holiday, both times for an Ice Cap extra shot. Both times very nice, and consistent as expected with a chain. The service was friendly and the place was clean. I can’t comment on the food but the prices looked good against other places on the island.

last year★★★★☆Ordered Latte and got a free glazed donut with it! Drive thru is really convenient, rain or shine you really don't have to go down and park your car just to get your coffee. Opens 5am and they close at 10pm! Donuts are good!!!!

2 years ago★☆☆☆☆I have waited to go to the new Tim Horton’s Cayman for a while, because I wanted to wait until the ‘new’ wore off the coffee machines, and I was excited to go this morning because we love Tim Horton’s elsewhere; and it had to be better than the brown water they pass off as coffee at Starbucks, right? Wrong. We ordered a cappuccino, which turned out to be frothy brown water, a latte, which turned out to be sweeter milky brown water, a grilled cheese melt (pay attention to the word ‘melt’) sandwich meal, which came with kettle chips and the only available offering for the drink was a blackberry cooler (I think that’s what it was called), which turned out to be flavourless purple water. My husband said that on his previous visit, he was offered either dark roast or medium roast coffee, but he was not offered it this time. One of the main features of Tim Horton’s, Timbits, are still not available after three weeks. I have already described the drinks, the chips were amazing and crunchy as they always are with this brand, the sandwich was awful. I’d like to say disappointing but that really won’t accurately describe it; one half slice of bread was crispy and delicious, the other side was wet, soggy and unpleasant, the cheese… oh my gosh! as a grilled cheese ‘connoisseur’ I was appalled… the cheese was several pieces of that plastic American stuff, which was not at all melted. This was the kind of sandwich that college students on a budget would make with an iron, and at least then the cheese would be melted and one half of the bread wouldn’t be wet. Why was it wet!? Overall an incredibly disappointing and expensive visit with inedible food and undrinkable drinks as it all went in the bin. I’m so sad. I tried it, and back to my regular local coffee place it is. What a shame.
